Oak Hill is a non-profit agency, the largest provider of services to people with disabilities in Connecticut.
They tasked us with creating a new identity, reflecting the positive, dynamic, and broad reaching nature of the organization.
They also wanted us to raise their profile among key target groups; projecting the breadth and depth of services they offer, to end users as well as donors; so we took them across a varied media spectrum, gaining great new awareness and engagement.
One of the key challenges with a brief like this is to promote and project the tremendous people involved with this organization, by conveying empathy and care without patronizing or pitying those who neither want it nor need it. Apparently, we nailed it!
